Jiangsu Yiming Biological Technology Co., Ltd., founded in August 1998, is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing and sales. It boasts three modernized factories covering a total area of 175,000 m2 in Jiangsu province. It also has an R&D base with a team of more than 30 professional researchers. The company is now a member of the China Food Additives & Ingredients Association (CFAA) and China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association (CBFIA).
The company mainly engaged in bio-engineering covering food additives and ingredients, medicine and other fields. The existing product line includes enzymes, colloid, preservatives and others, which are based on the biological fermentation of natural food additives. It is the first company in China and the second in the world to produce glutamine aminotransferase (TG) by microbial fermentation.

It also focuses on technological input to new products, with the lipase winning the second prize of the Taizhou Science and Technology Progress Award. In 2007, its research project - Research and Application of Prebiotics and Its Synergistic Technology won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. In 2017, it won the China Patent Award issued by the National Intellectual Property Administration.
